Salary: £70k + £5k Welcome Bonus
Location: Swaffham, PE37 7NP

About the Role: Were on the lookout for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a care home with up to 100 residents in the Swaffham area. Youll be at the heart of delivering high-quality care, managing operations, and inspiring your team to greatness.
What Youll Do As The Care Home Manager
Lead by example, guiding the team and ensuring excellent daily operations.
Foster a culture of care and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
What Youll Bring As The Care Home Manager
Proven experience in managing a care home, especially for older adults.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or commitment to achieving it.
A passion for delivering outstanding care and hitting that Outstanding CQC rating .
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
