What you'll do:

• Provide daily support with activities, appointments, and family contact

What we're looking for:

• Experience supporting adults or young people in a residential setting
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors and de-escalate situations
• Strong communication, judgment, and record-keeping skills
• A driver's license and business insurance (preferred)
