Due to exciting expansion plans a specialist homecare and supporting living provider is recruiting for a Care Manager to focus on growing a new service in the Central Bedfordshire region. The well-established company have recently won a new contract covering this area for supporting living and outreach services for the client group: mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities. You will work closely with the excellent leadership team in helping to develop the service throughout the area. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of a new Supported living and outreach service in Central Bedfordshire
Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Drive the growth and development of the service, working closely with local authorities to bring in new clients
Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Supported living or Domiciliary care services
Experience working closely with mental health, LD, physical disabilities client group
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Pro-active and driven personality to help develop a new service
A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
