Care Manager

PerCurra requires a Care Manager for the Nottingham Branch, based in the Belfast area of County Antrim. You will join us on a part-time basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22-30,000 per annum + Package + Pension.

Responsibilities of our Care Manager:

• Actively participate in the growth and development of the business
\n
• Play a lead role in the development of good community care practices and procedures
\n
• Maintain our paper-free work systems
\n
• Meet all Regulatory Requirements
\n
• Work with the recruitment team to recruit staff
\n
• Effectively supervise, support and retain staff team members
\n
• Have responsibility for all care staff, to plan, allocate and evaluate workload
\n
• Maintain effective Care Plan assessment and review procedures
\n
• Write reports and maintain all audit, reporting and monitoring systems
\n

Care Manager Person Specification:

\n
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
\n
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with GP’s, Social Workers other HCP’s
\n
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage a staff team
\n
• Working within a multi-disciplinary team
\n
• Experience of leading or managing care and support environments
\n
• Good working knowledge of Essential Care standards and other relevant legislation
\n
• Evidence of continuous professional development
\n
• Ability to display empathy and warmth
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
\n
