Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Care Team Leader in Bedford
 
The Care Team Leader, will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of care staff to ensure that all residents, particularly those living with dementia, receive the highest standards of care.
 
Pay rate – £14.36 PAYE / £17.88 Umbrella per hour
 
Main Responsibilities
 
As a Care Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring safe and accurate practices.
\n
• Update and review residents' care plans, ensuring they reflect individual needs and preferences.
\n
• Liaise with medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care for residents.
\n
• Lead shifts, providing direction, support, and guidance to staff, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
\n
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and provide person-centered care.
\n

 
Requirements:
 

\n
• Experience working with people living with dementia
\n
• Enhanced DBS
\n
• Experience in a similar role
\n
