At West Somerset College we aim to provide a rich and varied education for all of our students. We believe that ensuring students realise their full potential depends upon a continuous drive for excellence by our staff.
We are looking a person to give independent Careers advice and guidance to our students at West Somerset College. You will be working with students between Y9 to Y13 advising them on options suitable to their next steps in their life choices.
The position is part time, working 25 hours per week, term times.
You will need to have a Minimum of Level 4 qualification in IAG, Careers Guidance or related area with good levels of literacy and numeracy. Or be willing to be trained to that level. Experience of dealing with young people and supporting students within an educational setting would be an advantage.
