Careers Advisor

Are you passionate about guiding students towards fulfilling their potential and helping them make informed career choices? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Careers Advisor to join our dedicated team in Bexley. This is an immediate start opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our students.

As our Careers Advisor, you will provide comprehensive careers guidance and support, including advice on UCAS applications and post-16 and post-18 pathways. Your expertise will empower students to make confident decisions about their education and career plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer one-to-one and group careers advice to students.
• Guide and support UCAS applications.
• Work closely with teaching staff to embed careers education across the curriculum.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends and educational opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 7 qualification in Careers Guidance or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a school setting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
