Caretaker - Burton/Lichfield

Estate Caretakers required to work with Burton/Staffordshire based award winning Housing Associations Maintenance team.

I am looking for experienced and professional estate caretakers to carry out property and estate maintenance. Work will include communal area cleaning, clearing, gardening, leaf clearances, litter picking, graffiti removal, minor general building maintenance. Work will be carried out on sheltered accommodation, retirement schemes and villages as well as accommodation blocks.

You will need to be friendly, approachable and have good communication skills. You will be covering Lichfield, Burton & Staffordshire locations.

Access to a company van is provided so you will need a driving license. This is a full time role Monday - Friday 35 hours per week.

8.00am - 15.30pm.

The Job

• Pay: �13.50 - �14.50 P/H - weekly paid.
• 3 month temporary contract with the potential to go permanent.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in caretaking, gardening, cleaning, laboring or similar role
• UK Driving License
• Good IT skills as you will be using an iPad to access a portal to log all required repairs and completion of health and safety checks
• Positive can do attitude
