Experienced Caretakers needed at residential developments throughout London. As a Caretaker you will ensure the buildings are regularly inspected and maintained to a high standard (both internally and externally), in accordance with health and safety requirements, and be responsible for logging and reporting any incidents of disrepair including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects, cleaning the communal areas inside and outside including clearing any rubbish, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing brass.
