Caretaker

Caretaker required to work at�private residences to start asap.

Working times Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Duties:

• Collecting junk mail


• Sweeping front entrance to block


• Removing rubbish


• Take in small parcels for residents


• Assisting residents with maintenance issues


• Keeping area around recyclibg bin clear and tidy


• Leaving rubbish our for collection


• Mowing the lawn


• Managing keys for bike shed, side gate
