Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading construction company in their search for an experienced Caretaker to work on a contract in Blackpool

For the successful Caretaker  our client is offering: 

• £14.75ph 
• Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm 
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates
• Call out rota (if wanted)
• Temporary - Permanent 

The Role: Caretaker

• Working throughout Blackpool
• Repairs and maintenance 
• Cleaning communal areas 
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Following health and safety regulations 
• Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Caretaker

• Caretaker experience  ESSENTIAL
• Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
