My client is a global leader within the automation and packing industry who offer end to end manufacturing solutions to their clients

They are now on the lookout for a Caretaker on a part time basis to join their team based in Swindon

Key Responsibilities – Caretaker

• Ensure both internal and external areas of the building are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Carry out routine cleaning, sweeping, and general upkeep of the premises.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks to uphold the functionality and safety of the site.
• Oversee waste management, including the organisation and timely disposal of recycling bins.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance tasks such as gritting in winter and maintaining the gardens in warmer months.
• Complete regular safety and maintenance checks to ensure a safe environment.
• Coordinate service contracts and liaise with contractors for scheduled maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications & Experience – Caretaker

• Experience caretaker role previously
• Experience in heavy lifting

On Offer – Caretaker

• £9,523.80 per annum – pro rata
• 15 hours per week - Tuesday & Thursday (flexibility on this)
• 10 days holiday per annum
