People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join our well-established client based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Weekly Pay

Day to Day Duties
As a Caretaker your duties will be, but not limited to:
Ensure both internal and external areas of the building are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Carry out routine cleaning, sweeping, and general upkeep of the premises
Perform minor maintenance tasks to uphold the functionality and safety of the site.
Oversee waste management, including the organisation and timely disposal of recycling bins.
Conduct seasonal maintenance tasks such as gritting in winter and maintaining the gardens in warmer months.
Complete regular safety and maintenance checks to ensure a safe environment.
Coordinate service contracts and liaise with contractors for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be a Caretaker with our client are:
Basic level of English
Reliable and punctual
Communication Skills
Desirable Experience
Desirable experience needed to be a Caretaker with our client is:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Training
Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
