Carpenter

I'm looking for a Carpenter in the Watford area to work on the repairs team with a well-established housing association. This is a permanent position with multiple benefits.
The Carpenter will be carrying out:

• First and second fixes to kitchens
• All repairs in tenanted properties
• Hang doors, replace flooring, windows & door repairs including locks

The right Carpenter will receive:

• A salary of up to �35,000
• 28 days annual leave

The Carpenter will need:

• At least 3 years' experience in carpentry
• UK driving license
• Basic DBS check
