Carpenter

we are looking for a confident and self-motivated Carpenter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who can multi-task and carry out small works in other trade disciplines.
  About the Role: As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to council properties. Your work will involve a variety of carpentry tasks, including:

• Installation, maintenance, and repairs of doors, windows, and general woodwork.
\n
• UPVC installation and property maintenance.
\n
• Small works in other trade areas such as basic plumbing, plastering, or decorating.
\n
• Liaising with residents, peers, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• \nExperience in carpentry and property maintenance within a social housing or similar environment.
\n
• \nKnowledge of UPVC installation would be an advantage.
\n
• A practical understanding of the construction and property maintenance industry.
\n
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
\n
• \nStrong communication and customer service skills, as you will be engaging with residents and colleagues daily.
\n
