My client is a leading Mortgage Specialist and due to rapid growth they are now seeking a Case Manager Support Specialist to join their friendly team in Maidstone, Kent.
This position plays a vital role in the daily operations by ensuring smooth allocations of the workload, resolving issues, and providing essential assistance and support to both customers and their internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, and efficient, with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude who is committed to meeting deadlines, whilst maintaining the quality of decisions. The individual will liaise with the internal Underwriting, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams, as well as external parties such as Solicitors, Valuers and Mortgage Brokers, so strong communication skills are essential.
You will have the ability to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be adaptable to changing priorities and be able to remain calm under pressure.
