Job Description CASHIER & INSTORE RETAIL OPERATIONS
LUXURY MENSWEAR FASHION
KNIGHTSBRIDGE - £28-£30K + BONUS
An exciting opportunity is here to be part of an EXPANDING team, of a highly regarded global luxury fashion designer brand . This new role will be integral in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the store and online teams, optimising the customer experience both in-store and online, based in their Harrods concession
Our client has an outstanding reputation in the luxury fashion/lifestyle industry to uphold for their elegant timeless designs and craftsmanship, whose regular clientele are UHNW, celebrities, and royalty.
As the Cashier & Retail Operations you will be reporting into the Concession Manager and Assistant Manager and part of a team of 5 Sales Consultants and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and online
Responsibilities :
Handle cashier responsibilities, including setting up the cash register and closing procedures, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate end-of-day reporting.
Process orders and payments through both instore and online systems, following company policies.
