The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Casual Swim Instructors. This is an exciting opportunity to teach important life skills to our residents.
As a Swim Instructor, you will be working with a dedicated team writing and delivering lesson plans in accordance with the STA Swim Academy framework and in line with the Council's Swim Academy QMS.
You will be responsible for motivating and encouraging swimmers of varying abilities and ages.
Lessons are held Monday and Friday evenings and weekend mornings therefore this role would be ideal with someone with a flexible approach to working, we are also able to offer job share.
Qualified professionals are desirable however, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
