Claims Adjuster - US Casualty - Hybrid, London based
Finitas are delighted to be supporting a leading Lloyd's MGA in their search for a Claims Adjuster to join the US Casualty team. This role allows you to grow your technical ability and work on your own allocated portfolio of claims, including large loss (1m+) and complex claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure claims are handled to high standards, complying with Lloyd's principles and internal guidelines.
Manage allocated claims to satisfactory conclusions, aiming to minimise claims life cycle and static claims.
Analyse complex information, investigate coverage issues, examine claims liability, and negotiate with counter parties.
Accurately assess and identify trends, working closely with outsource providers and TPAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years experience handling Casualty claims
To be working on at least 70% US Claims in current/previous role
Experience working with TPA's
