Professional and personal development is strongly encouraged within the Claims Team, and you will be fully supported with flexible study-time and financial incentives to achieve a relevant professional qualification: ACII – Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.The role:Due to this period of growth, the need has arisen for a claims professional focussing on worldwide Casualty and Professional Lines business.Main duties will involve the handling of a portfolio of claims and ensuring that outsourced partners adhere to set governance standards.The candidate may also be expected to assist generally across the claims team and there is an opportunity to broaden the scope of classes of business, jurisdictions (including USA) and gain wider experience in claims. This role is a permanent position learning from some of the most knowledgeable claims professionals in the market.Requirements:The successful candidate will be ambitious and have a dynamic character and can-do attitude, ideally coupled with experience in handling claims in the Lloyds / London market.
