Beverages Category Manager Responsibilities: Create category strategies and income growth plans by identifying market opportunities to develop the company and range offering to deliver quality and growth margins. Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders/suppliers to collaborate and deliver cost savings and category innovations/growth on Beverages related spend. Performance, account and contract management of new and existing suppliers across Food & Beverages related spend to maximize cost savings, win and retain clients. Beverages Category Manager Required Experience: Strong commercial acumen and end to end direct procurement experience within Food & Beverages categories within the Foodservice, Hospitality, FMCG, Wholesale or Contract Catering industries. Demonstrable experience focused in category management or account management. Strong negotiation skills, strong communicator and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders/suppliers to influence buy-in and drive forward category strategies.
