Is an extremely profitable global player.
Leading growth through investment and a number of recent acquisitions.
Due to further growth within the team are looking to recruit an experienced Category Manager reporting into the Head of Category
The role:
As Category Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of their Health and Personal Care power brands
Driving the Category and Channel agenda, with a focus on key customers across Grocery and High Street retailers
Working collaboratively with key customers to recognise mutual growth opportunities, supported by consumer data trends
Be the internal category champion for your portfolio, upskilling both sales and marketing teams
The successful candidate:
Have extensive experience working with continuous data sets such as Kantar and Nielsen
Be able to demonstrate driving insight led decisions with customers and insight to drive growth
You may currently be operating at Category Executive level and looking to progress your career in a global business for example
Experience in a branded FMCG business would be preferable
Will be a clear communicator with confidence to manage across multiple functions and drive the category strategy for their product portfolio
Need to be a self-starter, ability to work well cross-functionally both internally and with external customers
