Role and key responsibilities for Catering Assistant
- Execute the cooking of pasties and sausage rolls following established recipes and quality standards.
- Apply butter to bread according to specified requirements.
- Assemble sandwiches and baguettes with precision, ensuring accuracy in ingredient placement.
- Efficiently package food items, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Undertake basic food preparation tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, following sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work the specified shift pattern, including weekends.
Working Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday
- 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM (with30 minutes unpaid break)
- Or
- Sunday to Thursday
- 10:30PM - 07:00AM,(with30 minutes unpaid break)
