�11.50 per hour, Harrogate, 5 days over 7, 28 days holiday, Pension, Temporary role with the possibility of a permanent position

A vacancy has arisen for a catering assistant to join the catering team for a national organisation working in their beautiful Harrogate site close to the town centre.

The role is predominantly front of house with duties including:

• Setting up and clearing down the dining area
• Serving food
• Working alongside other members of the front of house catering team
• Communicating with the kitchen team
• Working 5 daytime shifts per week on a rota pattern

We would expect the successful catering assistant to have excellent communication and customer service skills. It would be useful if you have worked in a food handling environment as a waiter / waitress, catering assistant or retail assistant.

This would be an ideal role if you are looking for work in Harrogate and have worked in hospitality or food production or retail and you are looking for a customer facing role.

Please note this role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

You will be working for an experienced catering team who place an emphasis on providing high quality food and customer service at all times. The organisation are known for offering training and opportunities for career development within the business.
