Catering StrategyImplement an updated catering policyEvolve the catering structureManage a robust, efficient and streamline procurement processWork with the different teams to develop plans to maximise income Catering OperationsOversee the different teams to ensure the preparation of nutritionally balanced food is to the appropriate framework Food Quality and SafetyMaintain high food quality, presentation, and taste; ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards; and oversee inventory and procurement Menu Planning and DevelopmentCreate diverse and appealing menus suitable for the various customer types, preferences and needs; whilst staying up to date with food trends and dietary requirements.
