Our client is an established FM Service Provider that delivers TFM solutions to its clients across the UK.� It is looking to hire an experienced Catering Manager for a healthcare contract in Bury St Edmunds.
As the Catering Manager, you will have total responsibly for running the kitchen, 3 chefs, all food H&S, hygiene and delivering 3 meals per day to 52 patients. In addition, you will also have chef duties to carry out.
The successful Catering Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role and hold NVQ Level 3 in Catering and have good food hygiene track records.
