We are working with the UKs leading Outdoor Activity Centres that offer life enhancing experiences to children and teenagers.
I am looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager to manage a very fast paced catering operation, providing approx. 1800 guests with appetising and nutritious meals and a memorable dining experience. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served daily. You will also be responsible for your own rota, aswell as organising up to 15 staff.
You will manage a Head Chef, Front of House Manager, and kitchen staff, ensuring correct procedures are followed, meals are prepared for on time, high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are kept, and food allergen procedures are followed by all staff.
You will have experience of working within a busy contract catering environment, successfully manage and lead a team and ensure guests are happy.
You will have the following qualifications:-
Level 3 Food Safety
City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ equivalent
Level 3 Management qualification
