Catering Manager

Pertemps Network Catering are actively recruiting for a Catering / Chef Manager to work with our client based in South Birmingham to start as soon as possible
You would be responsible for overseeing three of its catering unit, Maintaining high standards, advising on food preparation and also people management
General working hours would be 5 days out of 7 between 7am 4pm, though some flexibility would be appreciated
Ideal Cook / Chef Manager will have :
Extensive history of Catering & Contract Management experience
ILM Level 5
Hold a transferable DBS certificate or happy to go through process
Ideally will have experience of high volume catering, previous NHS experience would be attractive but not essential
Must have access to own transport
This role will be offered on a temporary basis, however there is the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate
