The Role - Catering Manager
The Catering Manager is responsible for:
- Making�sandwiches and�wraps, cooking, banking cakes, making�buffets when needed
- Labelling products
- Filling food vending machines at 2 sites (must have own transport)
- Ordering/purchasing all stock (including Cash & Carry visit)
- Managing kitchen to Food Safety/Health & Hygiene standard
- Stock rotation/levels
- Keeping kitchen clean and sanitary at all times
- Working with customers�
About You
As their Catering Manager you will need:
- Previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar with experience of managing a busy kitchen including food prep / cooking, managing stock/ordering,� keeping it up to a hygiene rating of 5
- Eye for detail
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Ability to work quickly and�efficiently
- Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the shift
