The Role - Catering Manager



The Catering Manager is responsible for:




  • Making�sandwiches and�wraps, cooking, banking cakes, making�buffets when needed

  • Labelling products

  • Filling food vending machines at 2 sites (must have own transport)

  • Ordering/purchasing all stock (including Cash & Carry visit)

  • Managing kitchen to Food Safety/Health & Hygiene standard

  • Stock rotation/levels

  • Keeping kitchen clean and sanitary at all times

  • Working with customers�



About You



As their Catering Manager you will need:




  • Previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar with experience of managing a busy kitchen including food prep / cooking, managing stock/ordering,� keeping it up to a hygiene rating of 5

  • Eye for detail

  • Reliability and good timekeeping

  • Ability to work quickly and�efficiently

  • Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the shift
