A exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Catering Manager to join an innovate leisure resort
This position calls for an individual who is proactive and ready to seize an exciting chance for an ambitious Catering Manager to run a very busy site looking after up to 750 guests and 150 team members.
The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and be able to communicate at all levels and be expected to meet and exceed customer needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.
Principal accountabilities:
Plan, lead and execute the smooth delivery of all operations within the site and ensure the highest levels of customer service at all time - seeing beyond the obvious and being resourceful by seizing opportunities.
Demonstrating full alignment with the client vision and values by consistently doing the right things and celebrating successes.
Idea generation for new and improved menu cycles taking into account healthy eating guidelines, nutritional standards and employee feedback.
Making sure the food service is run efficiently
Ensure customer satisfaction
Comply with all Company and client policies, procedures, statutory regulations, site rules, health & safety, safe working practices...etc.
Ensure that the guests have a great experience
Requirements:
Obsessed with amazing customer service and client's relation.
Full of personality and bag of enthusiasm with excellent communication skills.
Able to lead by example and have great people management skills.
Industry acumen and knowledge of external catering development & innovations.
Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting management.
Must be fully food allergen trained and well versed in all areas of kitchen and food hygiene
Kitchen management experience is preferred. Candidates should be natural leaders who welcome responsibility, drive standards and optimise efficiency
Candidates must have high volume catering. You must understand how to prep and deliver dishes to scale, ensuring the food is freshly prepared, nutritious & delicious
Advanced DBS is essential
