For this role we are looking for suitable candidates based in either the East or West Midlands due to the patches you will be covering.


More about your role


The Catering and Retail Support Manager (CRSM) will be reporting to the Assistant Head of Catering and Retail (AHOCR) and will be responsible for supporting all catering and retail operations across the country at an operational level. The CRSM will work closely with the AHOCR to execute the catering and retail strategic plan, with a long-term focus on driving profitability and improving the department's performance in terms of people and planet objectives. The CRSM will build strong working relationships with departments across various sites, analyse site performance, and provide guidance and training to a team of catering and retail professionals across multiple locations. The CRSM will also be responsible for planning and implementing new store openings across the company's estate, including equipment and stock orders and training team members where necessary. The CRSM is committed to supporting the company's broader finance, people, and planet objectives.

More about you


A strong historical career background in leadership roles within retail and catering business operations including Leisure and/or 'high street' branded operations.


A holder of or the ability to apply without restriction, required licences to fulfil the role e.g. Driving, Premises Licence (Alcohol), Food Safety Management. Able to travel to fulfil job role - expected 4 days out 5 travelling to sites.
