Catering Supervisor
Location: Onsite at Arthog OEC, Arthog, Gwynedd, Wales, LL39 1BX
Position Type: Temporary, Ongoing
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, shift work to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Hourly Rate: £12.18 per hour
Opus People Solutions are recruiting a Catering Supervisor, on behalf of our Client, Telford & Wrekin Council on a temporary, ongoing basis.
Day to Day duties:
- Assist the Catering Manager in overseeing the catering operations, including the production of school meals.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety regulations.
- Prepare and cook hot meals and hot drinks.
- Distribute food and beverages.
- Maintain awareness of safeguarding children and report concerns to appropriate authorities.
- Set up dining areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
- Clean and tidy dining areas after meals.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Food & Hygiene Level 2 certification.
- Allergy Awareness Level 1 (minimum).
- An Enhanced DBS with Children's check (we will process this if required).
