We are looking for a catering team leader to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of catering services.
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and supervise catering staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Quality Control: Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in catering or hospitality management.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
Flexibility: Willingness to work during weekends and holidays.
NW1, Monday to Friday, £30000 per annum, 40hrs per week
