Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and supervise catering staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Quality Control: Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
