Accountability covers critical aspects, from initial data entry and calculation to the finalisation of flight details, ensuring accurate and comprehensive setup of airline details, operating aircraft types, meal/ goods loadings, additional services offered and other related tasks, facilitating effective planning, scheduling, and execution of airline operations in Cbase and subsequently correct billing. The role is responsible for leading a team of Cbase coordinators responsible for providing day-to-day services to internal stakeholders such as Commercial, Costings, Managed Services, Account Managers and Billing and ensuring that all enquiries, issues, and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This role plays a pivotal role in driving an efficient operation and achieving and protecting dcUK financial targets by implementing best practices and continuously improving the data maintenance processes and systems. Who you’ll deal with:Senior management, team members, internal stakeholders such as operations, costings, sales, procurementWhat you’ll be doing:Team ManagementSupervising and monitoring daily operation of the Cbase master data team who are responsible for data entry and calculations, maintenance, and accuracy to provide up-to-date and correct master data in the Cbase system.Providing clear sense of direction and focus, improving motivation and communication. Serves as a point of contact and escalation for challenging situations.Responsible for managing resourcing and performance, allocating and prioritising activities and resource to ensure optimal coverage and consistent support services.Set performance goals, track metrics, and conduct regular performance evaluations to assess individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback and recognition.Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance airline/ service/ product knowledge to enhance data entry service abilities.Providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure team satisfaction, successful succession planning and individual career progression.Collaboration Establish productive relationships and collaborate closely with internal team leaders and stakeholders (such as Commercial, Costing, Managed Service Account Support team, Account Manager, Billing etc) to achieve best data accuracy, ensuring high data quality and an efficient seamless process. Provide customised reports to internal stakeholders. Continuous ImprovementEstablish and monitor quality standards and procedures to ensure process efficiency and data accuracy.Identify opportunities for process optimisation and new ways of working, and lead the implementation of solutions to eliminate process waste, streamline workflows, reduce response times, and increase customer satisfaction. Cbase Data ManagementThe role is responsible for the complex data set up, review and amendment of all airline customers. Set up of new airline accounts.
