About Us:

I'm a cyber recruiter of 20 years in the UK. My client is a dynamic and innovative cybersecurity firm at the forefront of protecting critical infrastructure and systems in the UK. We are actively seeking a highly skilled and CREST CCSAS certified Red Team Senior/Leading Consultant to join their team. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, contributing to the safety and security of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure (CNI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Red Teaming Capability: Leverage your deep expertise in red teaming to assess and enhance the security posture of our clients' critical infrastructure.
• Accreditation: Collaborate with our Accreditation expert, to ensure our red teaming practices meet the highest standards.
• CBEST and GBEST: Play a crucial role in CBEST and GBEST assessments, contributing to the cybersecurity resilience of the UK's financial sector.
• Fascinating work with CNI: Address the evolving challenges facing Critical National Infrastructure in the UK, including those from regulatory bodies.
• Training and Upskilling: Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity techniques and tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CREST CCSAS Certified: Hold a CREST CCSAS certification or equivalent, demonstrating your expertise in red teaming.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge and experience in penetration testing and red teaming.
• Builder Collaborator: A collaborative mindset with the ability to build and lead a world-class red team.
• Enthusiastic: A passion for cybersecurity and a drive to stay ahead of emerging threats.
