CDM Consultant

A successful, medium sized Construction Health & Safety consultancy is seeking a skilled CDM Principal Designer with the ambition to grow into a senior leadership role. With a robust project portfolio that includes high-profile clients, this consultancy is known for its dedication to technical excellence, which includes providing a high level of support to staff.

In this role, you'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your projects independently, with remote work options and meeting int the office twice a week to enjoy their social culture.

The CDM Consultant Role

As the Principal Designer, you will be responsible for a portfolio of exciting projects, while both acting as Principal Designer and PD Client advisor as you work effectively within a department of 20+ CDM/H&S staff.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

• NEBOSH Construction (required)
• Tech IOSH (minimum)
• APS membership (preferred)
• Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
