Pay Rate:

• Day Shifts: £20.00 per hour
• Night Shifts: £25.00 per hour
• Overtime: CIJC Rates Apply

Overview:

An established and well-regarded Electrical & Mechanical Engineering firm is currently looking for skilled and reliable Ceiling Fixers to support ongoing interior fit-out projects at Heathrow Airport. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility with working hours and a strong focus on quality and safety within a live airport environment.

Working Hours:

• Night Shifts: 19:30 - 05:00 (Majority of work will be nights)
• Day Shifts: 07:30 - 17:00 (Monday-Thursday), 07:30 - 15:30 (Friday)
• Must be flexible to work across both shift patterns as required
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of suspended ceilings and MF ceiling systems
• Work from drawings and specifications to complete high-standard ceiling installations
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth progress on site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and airside regulations
• Carry out duties efficiently within agreed timeframes and to required quality standards
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Ceiling Fixer in commercial or fit-out projects
• Comfortable working night shifts and adjusting to day work as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to plans
• Valid CSCS card (Blue/Skilled preferred)
• Must be eligible to obtain an airside pass - clean background checks essential
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
