Reporting to our Head of Operations, our CellNass Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of our Human Tissue Archiving Facility and will provide the support, leadership and energy required to ensure our CellNass operational team meets the expectations of archiving and retrieval accuracy first time, every time. Based at our head office site in Newtown, Powys, Mid Wales this role will be key to fostering an environment of continuous improvement, good working practices and a cohesive team effort culture. Primary Responsibilities: Maintain and develop the CellNass HTA Facility to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction through speed, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, cost and recall time. Lead and manage a strong CellNass team, implementing new processes and ensuring the facility runs to full efficiency. Achieve on-time realisation of recalls, uplifts and packing for customers. Ensure CellNass process parameters, procedures and work instructions are followed, maintained and improved on a continuous basis. Develop team members in line with their career paths and future business growth Support a strong Quality and Health and Safety culture Develop and implement appropriate KPIs to support continuous improvement Participate and contribute to the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial performance. Raising the profile: As an ambassador of the business, the successful candidate will embody our cultural C.A.R.E.S pillars, in being committed, accountable, responsive, empowering and successful, values central to the way that we work. We believe that our strength lies in the quality of our team members, and we are actively seeking to recruit individuals who reflect our mission, vision and values. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing company and play a key part in the future successes of the business while progressing their career path. You will need to manage a busy workload within the parameters of other team members and be a proactive ‘can do’ team player. Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar or transferable roleDegree qualification or equivalent relevant qualifications Flexibility to undertake travel is a requirement of the roleKnowledge of archiving processes and procedures is desirable Proven experience of account management Awareness of the requirements of HTA is desirable Training Commitment: CellPath Ltd is committed to ensuring you have the knowledge and support required to succeed in your role.
