Further expansion within a number of markets has created the opportunity for a CEO in the UK in order to drive the growth of the organisation and ensure delivery of their ambitious but achievable 5 year plan.The RoleThe role will be to develop, construct, and commercialise their large portfolio of C&I and Utility Scale renewables projects, whilst supporting the significant growth of their greenfield and M&A pipeline. Some duties would include:In close cooperation with the executive board of the HQ:Full P&L responsibilityDevelop and execute 3-5 year strategy, to accelerate growth to Develop, Construct, and Operate a 500MW+ portfolioEnsure success in areas such as PPAs, Financing, Pre-Construction, ConstructionDevelop processes, tools, and best practices for effective project management, and for interfacing across all internal and external stakeholdersStructure & undertake board-level responsibilities in SPVsOriginate and structure in sell-side M&A for certain projectsBuild and lead a high-performing teamLead & establish relationships with project developers, medium and large C&I clients, financial institutions, investors, and government entitiesTake a leading role in commercial negotiations and lobbyingAttractive LTIP opportunityFinancial event readiness, incentive for significant wealth creationThe PersonThe successful candidate will likely have:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or Engineering3+ years in a leadership position with a renewables company Experience leading negotiations with counterparts across the various areas of the development and construction lifecycleStrong commercial knowledge and financial acumen Speak EnglishIf you are looking for a challenging role with prospects to match, make your application without delay.For more information and a confidential career discussion please contact:#####
