CFO (TMT)

We are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading TMT business backed by private equity and driving innovation in the industry. With a strong focus on growth and strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations and contribute to its ambitious goals. Working closely with a charismatic CEO and the Board you will drive long term shareholder value creation by developing and implementing the medium to long term strategy. As such we will be looking for interest from experienced CFOs that have previously operated within a Private Equity backed Scaleup in that TMT space. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance team, providing strategic direction and oversight. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Lead budget and forecast processing, maintaining financial models and standard templates for planning processes Enhance reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights to external stakeholders and senior management Collaborate with senior management to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives. Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Utilize financial data and insights to guide business decisions and optimize performance. Drive M&A activities and integration processes as part of the growth strategy. Requirements: Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role within the TMT sector. Strong understanding of private equity-backed business environments Corporate Finance experience eg: corporate structure, fundraising, tax strategy Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. Demonstrated experience in M&A activities and financial integration. Why Join: Competitive salary, benefits package and equity.
