Change Engagement Advisor

We are looking for a change engagement and communications specialist to help engage colleagues and other internal and external stakeholder groups in the planned changes for those Services within the programme scope including service users. Reporting to the CPS Programme People Lead, and with matrixed reporting line to the Head of Internal Communications, you will be a member of the People & Change Team, initially embedded within the CPS Programme Team. You will be required to align all engagement and communication activity with University-wide approaches and standards and work closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager within the Transformation Office.

Key responsibilities -

• Lead engagement and communication activities for the Programme, tailoring strategies for stakeholder needs and coordinating effective interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support people-based aspects of change, ensuring engagement and communications are aligned with planned changes.
• Establish and evaluate mechanisms for engagement and communications, sharing insights for continuous improvement.
• Share best practices, coach, and build capability in change engagement and communications across the Programme.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to raise the profile of service transformation and improve user experience.
• Maintain programme knowledge, and embody the University's values with a proactive, creative, and user-focused approach.
