Change Manager - Data Literacy
A Change Manager with design and implementation experience in Data Literacy is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in Oxford. This is a permanent position and can offer a hybrid working environment with 1-2 days a week onsite.
The successful candidate will come from an IT background and have experience designing and delivering programs in areas of people development, culture and mindset shift within digitalisation. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels will also be needed.
