We are looking for an EPR Change Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful implementation of changes to our EPR system. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that changes are managed effectively, minimizing disruption and ensuring that the transition to new processes is smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the EPR change process, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts and develop strategies to address them.
Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies.
Monitor the progress of change initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and ensure successful adoption of changes.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of change initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to support change initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as an EPR Change Manager or in a similar role within a complex, large-scale organization.
Strong understanding of EPR systems, with experience in managing changes to these systems.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels of an organization.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
