Charge Nurse

As a Charge Nurse, you'll be working 36 hours per week for a renowned charity that has been transforming the lives of the elderly and those with learning disabilities for over 30 years. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will:

• Support the Deputy Clinical Manager in managing the home.
• Provide clinical nursing leadership to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Oversee the clinical team and ensure compliance with care standards.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance their skills.
• Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
