A charity fundraising agency that works on telephone, digital, integrated multi-channel campaigns needs a Client Account Manager to join the team due to continued growth.You will design and deliver high quality, innovative fundraising campaigns that combine phone with digital channels such as social, SMS and email. You will seek to continually optimize performance through insight gathering, data analysis, creative and testing, ultimately driving the best return for clients and the best supporter experience for the charity supporters we speak with.The Charity Account Manager will contribute to the growth of your clients telemarketing programmes as well as some new business sales, thus contributing towards overall business targets and growth.Charity Account Manager main duties:Be the main point of contact for your clients on a daily basisManage campaign design process, including forecasting, creative approach and donor journeysOversee delivery of fundraising programmes to target, liaising with operations and other internal teams as required to ensure smooth running of campaignsProvide detailed feedback, analysis and insight to your clients and their partner agencies to ensure your campaign achieves/exceeds agreed KPIsConduct extensive post campaign analysis of data/results, insight and call recordings in order to prepare and present client campaign reviewsEnquiry and complaints managementBrief the tech team to client data return requirementsSign off all campaign materials, briefs and outputsInvoicing and budget reconciliationThe Charity Account Manager employment requirements:Recent client account management experienceExperience within a fundraising agency or charity roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle a varied and busy workloadExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentA good level of computer literacy, competent in word, excel and powerpointAbility to identify trends, work with data and think strategicallyAble to work well to tight deadlines and under pressureThe Charity Account Manager role is a home based role with occasional visits to the London office.The Charity Account Manager salary is £26-35k + benefits.
