Charity Retail Manager

Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary Retail Manager for a client of ours based in Devizes.
Location: Devizes
Contract: Temporary (minimum 6 weeks)
Salary: �12.82 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (08:45 - 16:45)
Main duties and responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store
• Cashing up at the end of the day
• Stock rotation on the shop floor
• Keep all administration up to date
• Health & Safety of the shop, keeping checks and reporting any concerns
• Assisting with the management of paid staff and volunteer

Person Specification

• Previous retail experience
• Previous retail manager experience (desirable)
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• Good communication skills
• Administration skills
