This is a permanent role offering a balance of flexibility, though regular office presence is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing planning applications for diverse projects, including housing developments and leisure studies
Providing comprehensive town planning advice to clients across residential, commercial, and retail sectors
Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to support planning decisions
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
Preparing and presenting detailed planning reports and documentation
Engaging with local authorities and attending public consultations as required
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and policies
Job Requirements:
Experience in town planning, including post-graduate experience in the field
Strong understanding of town planning principles and practices
Ability to prepare and manage planning applications for a variety of sectors
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
