Chartered Architect

On behalf of a forward thinking and leading architecture and construction consultancy a Chartered Architect is needed to join their growing team in Rochdale.

The role of The Chartered Architect

The Chartered Architect will manage the design and construction projects together with the distribution of work and management of technical staff both in-house and externally.

The role will also include overseeing junior members' work and providing an overarching supervisory / mid-management role.

The Chartered will report directly to the Managing Director and oversee the team in the Rochdale team and workload locally.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is wanting a step up in their role and take on more responsibility.

The Chartered Architect

The Chartered Architect will ideally have:

Be a Chartered Architect
Ideally be associated with Industry known memberships.
Can show clear evidence of experience with AutoCAD/Revit
Ideally have experience managing other architects
RIBA Part III
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIn Return?

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
