The Building Surveyor position is for an established Birmingham, Cheltenham & Oxford based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment.�
The role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Professional services
- Diplapidations, condition reports etc
- Project based work
- Instructions
- Variations
- Contract administration
Requirements for the Building Surveyor role are:
- Minimum of 4�years experience.
- Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.
- Autonomously running projects.
- Consultancy experience.
