p An exciting opportunity has arisen within City Property (Glasgow) LLP for two Chartered Building Surveyors to work within our expanding Technical Team. /p p br br Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks. br /p p Hours: 35 hours /p p Salary: GRD04 Grade 7 £40,719.48 to £47,598.98 – subject to 2024 pay award /p p Contract: Permanent (Hybrid Working) /p p No. of Posts: Two /p p Entitlements: 26 days annual leave plus 12.5 public holidays, pension with Strathclyde /p p Pension Fund /p p br /p p The successful candidates will provide a range of professional services and project services to City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP and Glasgow City Council as follows: /p ul li Provide key support in implementing the current capital plan for investment in City Property assets with the procurement of works for new-build projects and refurbishment of existing properties. /li li Provide key support in managing a portfolio of non-operational surplus land and property assets and support the City Property Valuation & Disposals Team along with a number of Service Departments within Glasgow City Council in identifying opportunities for de-risking, re-purposing or sale of these assets. /li /ul p br /p p The ideal Candidates must be MRICS qualified and ideally have Building Surveying experience across a diverse portfolio. /p p br /p p City Property offer a generous holiday allowance of 26 days (rising to 29 days after 5 years), plus 12.5 public holidays. /p p br /p p Additional staff benefits include the purchase of annual leave scheme, family friendly policies and payment of professional fees. /p p br /p p At City Property we value diversity and inclusion.
